THE GENERAL AIMS OF THE SCHOOL:

• To develop as far as possible the potential of all the
children using the National Curriculum as the framework
for the learning process
• To provide for the physical, mental, emotional, moral,
spiritual and social needs of the children
• To give the children a secure and safe environment in
which they can be nurtured and grow in confidence,
respecting the people and property of our community
• To build close links with parents and carers so that they
feel at ease with us and are encouraged to be involved in
their children’s education
• To work in partnership with Central Government, Local
Government, Governors and External Agencies
• To prepare children for a successful career and responsible
citizenship
• To create a learning environment in which children and
adults feel confident, relaxed, motivated and challenged to
produce work of a high quality
