Westfield Association - Who Are We?
Westfield Association raises money throughout the year to improve our school. Pupils on the School Council work with Mr Temperley and Mrs Bell to take ideas from their class and vote to decide how the money is spent.
In the past we have used Westfield Association money to buy resources to make learning fun, improve areas of the school environment and to support memorable experiences and visits for our pupils.
We also have lots of fun raising money with talent competitions, fun runs, fancy dress days and bake sales.

Playground Markings 2025-2026
This year we are renewing some of our favourite areas of the playground. First we have brought back the road in the KS1 and Early Years playground. Next, we will be adding giant letter and number snakes. Finally, the giant 4 quadrant grid will be added again which will enhance many of our lessons. Our next job will be to get more bikes and scooters ready for riding.
Sensory Garden 2024-2025
With the help from a grant from both Nature Parks and Tescos, we have been able to add a raised bed garden to the KS2 playground. We have filled it with plants and hope it will bring nature and relaxation to the playground. Children can now use the garden to support their learning in lessons.
Library Improvements 2023-2024
After a School Council vote, we have decided to improve our library. We have added giant bean bags, cushions, blankets, wall art and lots of new books!
Mud Kitchens 2022 - 2023
We have added mud kitchens to both our playgrounds. We have also included logs, planks of wood and tyres to support imaginative play.
Youth Club Project 2020-2021
This year the Council have decided to raise money to improve our Youth Club, especially for our younger pupils in Key Stage 1. This will allow all pupils to enjoy using the great space.
